I recently discovered this amazing alternative to milk, Quinoa Milk. It's super tasty in this breakfast smoothie! This recipe is lactose free, although you can add organic plain yoghurt if you wish.
Banana and Berry Smoothie
Makes: 1 Smoothie
300ml Quinoa Milk
Handful of strawberries
Half a banana
1 tsp Chia Seeds
Blend together and enjoy!
